Party Planning Tips...

I am excited about a special party we are going to here in the next hour with my partner and friends. It is a very special combination of a 50th birthday celebration and housewarming party in their newly renovated home in Paradise Valley. While I am sitting here waiting for our ride, I was thinking about the steps it takes to throw a successful party, both private and corporate.

RED Brunch for World Aids Day



We are proud to announce that Haute Concierge Services has committed to HOST a table at the RED Brunch for Worlds Aids Day on Saturday, December 1, 2012 in the Grand Ballroom at the Downtown Phoenix Sheraton Resort!

RED is a signature event for the diverse communities of Phoenix to celebrate World AIDS Day. Aunt Rita's Foundation, in association with the twenty nonprofit benefiting agencies that provide important services to the HIV/AIDS community, produces this annual fund raising event.

We have limited number of seats available at our table @ $80 per person. We will have special Haute Concierge Gift bags for our guests to take home.

Prior to starting Haute Concierge Services, CK gained experience in the food/service and travel industries. In both capacities he worked hard to give each customer a positive experience. He developed skills to move him in the direction of personal assisting. He spent 2 years as a personal assistant to a well respected dental professional, booking travel, setting meetings, personal shopping/organization and family projects.

Our Program...

Free Consultation
Please call today to schedule a free consultation with Christopher Kuwahara. He will come to your home or business, introduce himself and get to know you and your needs.


After your initial consultation, we will ask you to choose the service method that best fits your projects and schedule:

$35/hr - Hourly billing
Minimum of 2 hours per day. We ask that payment be arranged the same day of service.

$25/hr - Retainer agreement
10 hours pre-paid on the 1st and 15th of each month. Payments can be made with automatic recurring billing with a credit card, or by check. Additional hours are billed at $25/hr. on or around the 5th and 20th of each month and delivered via email.
   
We do provide reimbursable expense and mileage invoicing for our retainer clients. Invoices are delivered on or around the 5th and 20th of each month via email.

Projects requiring two people (ie: moving furniture) are billed at double rate. All travel time associated with client projects is billed to client at above rates. Does not include travel time to and from client location.

We conveniently accept cash, personal or business check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
